• You'll come to the session with your focus, areas of discussion. We'll discuss any necessary background, problem-solve, strategize, end with next steps.
• We'll align with your company-wide, and personal, annual + quarterly goals. Then, we'll check in on progress, outcomes, results, and needed pivots.
• Fireproof → Transmute → Implement moves as a current beneath our sessions, not a script read inside it. There will be enough flexibility and spaciousness for the real-time matters that need our attention.

• Entry point: an initial conversation where we do the Benchmark Assessment, and you decide on whether to work together.
• From there: quarterly check-ins on the assessment, review of progress, fit, recalibration.
